This is my MY EYES music video that I created in my senior year of highschool for my Communication Technology class. This was the final assignment of the year, where we had to pick a medium (Video, Logo, Photography, etc) and create a final product using all of the skills we learned from that unit. Since I had already made many videos in the past, the choice was easy. I decided to go with creating a music video since that gave me a good idea of what types of things to record if I went based off what the lyrics were talking about. I made this entire 4:30 music video by myself, with no help with recording, editing, or brainstorming how I should create this, which was a first for a task this big. I recorded a lot of my shots on my Iphone using a tripod, and I used all of the tools avalible to me like photoshop and youtube to help create the perfect final product. This video really demonstrates how far my skills as not only an editor, but as a director had come. I completed all of the preproduction, recording, acting, editing, and graphics, of this entire project. Doing this by myself shows my capabilities to work independantly, and still have a good outcome.
